I have been a trainer for the past 10 plus years working with individuals and professional athletes. As a trainer i provide 3 things 1. Purpose 2. Direction 3. motivation, to me those are 3 of the most important componets to any endeavor, not just fitness related. I am also a 12 year Army Veteran, having the pleasure of working with our nation's troops to ease the transition from active duty to civilian life through fitness. I believe Eric Thomas said it best when he said " If you want to be succesfull as bad as you want to breathe, only then will you truly be successful."
