Training Camp

This high intensity boot camp style group fitness class offers a host of speed, strength training, and aerobic options that will take you to the first string. We take the skills and drills from the field and apply them to help get you stronger, leaner, and faster. Your coach will deliver a non-stop, action-packed physically demanding workout that will challenge you to bring your A-game every time.

Six Pack

Six Pack is a quick yet intense hit of core work in a 15-minute workout designed to tone, build, strength train and blast your abdominal muscles. This group workout is the best way to get a six pack. The benefits of tightening your core muscles are enhanced balance, coordination, posture and of course... that desired Six Pack.

Extra Pointe

Take the traditions of Barre away from the wall in this perfect combination of high intensity, low impact strength and flexibility group exercises. Whether it is a show-stopping ballet performance or a championship-winning kick, Extra Pointe will concentrate on your stabilizers, smaller muscle groups, balance, coordination, and articulation. Focus on conditioning and toning your entire body with ballet-inspired exercises and Pilates-inspired movements.


Zumba is for everybody and every body! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out through group exercise. Zumba is a fast-paced calorie burner that fuses Latin dance, salsa, merengue, flamenco, and hip hop. This Latin-inspired cardio dance encourages you to ditch the workout and join the party!

The Halftime Show

The stage is set, the lights come on – it’s time for the show. This high-intensity cardio dance class will have you ready to perform using the latest Hip Hop and Pop music. This high-energy group exercise class with a blend of game day jazz and hip hop.

Tight End

Tight End focuses on glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Devote 45 solid minutes solely to your bottom half using dumbbells, bands, and gliders. This group workout will strengthen your core, legs, and lower body while also improving knee stability.


This 45-minute upper body resistance training will have you toned and ready whether your time starts with the game clock or an alarm clock! You will gain lean body mass, lose fat, lower your overall weight and improve your general fitness level and health condition - all with resistance, free weights, and body weight exercises.


Ride is a full body workout that is beneficial for anyone looking for a way to enhance fitness and overall health. You will ride on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race! Whether you are a world-class athlete, a class regular or a beginner, you will definitely be challenged in this 60-minute class through traditional cycling and functional drills. This class especially strengthens quadriceps, hamstrings, hip flexors, back muscles, and glutes.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a fast-paced style of yoga that is focused on building strength and endurance. With similarities to aerobics, this class will have you moving between various yoga positions quickly for the ultimate mind-body exercise.
